Service & security are in the middle of our commitments. We respect the French transportation rules in terms of schedule, driving time and maintenace of our vehicles.

Booking

Our offers depend on availability at the moment of your reservation. After reception of your request, you will receveid a quote according to your order. The reservation will be confirmed only after an advance fee payment.

Fares

Fares, tours and packages depends on your request and are all taxes (VAT 5,5% or 19,6%), vehicle, chauffeur (guide), fuel and insurance included.

Please respect the number of passengers and luggages indicated.

Cancellation
For any cancellation by the client we will charge :
a) more than 7 days before the service, we will charge 15% of the total amout with a minimum of 50€
b) 7-5 days before the service, we will charge : 50% of the total amount
c) 4 days before the service, we will charge : 100% of the total amount

For any cancellation by 33Tour Bordeaux & Châteaux :
Total refund to the client with no legal or extra compensation

Visits & schedules
All visits are by appointment so, the finalized itinerary depends on providers availabilities. We are flexible the finalized tour can be changed and modified by the client in the limit of 2 changes. Any extra change or modification will be charged 20€ each.

Payment

All services, circuits & tours must be full paid before the date of departure.
Otherwise, with no complete payment at least 4 days before the departure, we can cancel the booking and the tour. A penality of 50% of the advance fee will be charged.

We accept transfer, check, credit cards Visa and Paypal. All the payment must be sent in Euro.

Limitative clause

33Tour Bordeaux & Chateaux cannot be held responsible for any transport delay or cancellation due to any circumstance beyond our control : road closed, traffic jam, police emergency crew road interventions or in case of force majeure : strike, weather conditions, terrorist attack, riot, train, flight, baot cruise delay or cancellation (Non-exhaustive lists).
The cancellation fees will be applied in any cases of cancellation due to any circumstance beyond our control.
In case of a vehicle immobilization during the trip, due to a mechanical failure, an accident or a damage (theft, deterioration), 33Tour Bordeaux & Chateaux will endeavor to guarantee the journey continuity with another of our vehicles, warning the principal in all cases.

Service

33Tour Bordeaux & Chateaux reserves the right to interrupt the service in progress if the driver is aware that the client is in act of committing an offence such as using narcotics, endangering the driver safety or a noticeable lack of politeness by the client towards the driver.

The service is valid only once. If the client does not show up at the pick-up place, the service will be definitively lost, no refund will be given.
Any wait beyond a one-hour franchise will be charged according to our rates. Any started extra hour will be integrally charged.
Any damage caused inside the vehicle will be charged. 
As our drivers’ responsibility is engaged during the vehicle renting period, they are required to apply and enforce all current laws. No requests shall be made by the client, nor shall any request be honored by the driver to exceed the authorized speed limit or to commit breaches of any Highway Code rule.

Modifications

In case of modification from the client during the service, every hours or service out of the initial itinerary, could incur extra cost payable on the spot.

Every modification is available if it respect the French transportation rules. In case of extra hours or long distance, another driver could be necessary.

Insurance
Our responsibility is limited to our insurance contract clauses. This insurance cover only services provided by 33Tour Bordeaux & Chateaux and his partners. It concerns persons & luggages travelling with 33Tour Bordeaux & Chateaux.

Policy

Smoking or consume alcohol in the vehicles is strictly prohibited. Seat belts must be fastened AT ALL TIMES. 
The vehicle and the driver will be provided with the necessary aboard documents to make sure the service goes smoothly.
The principal and the passengers are required to follow all rules and laws that are to be applied to the persons and luggage. 

Litigation
Claims or litigation related to our services must be presented within eight (8) days from the end of the provision.  Any claim not so presented shall be conclusively deemed waived.
In case of litigation, the Bordeaux Commercial court  is the only one to be qualified.
